If you recharge via Google Play:
1. Check if there is the related receipt in your Gmail box.
2. Go to Google payment center(payments.google.com), check if this transaction is complete. If yes, please check step 3.
If no (Ex.Pending, on hold, cacelled), please check the related note in the Google Payment center and contact Google to know the reason od that.
3. Please provde the Gmail receipt, Google Payment center receipt, transaction status, your server, and your player ID screenshot to our customer service center "crisisactionsa@herogame.com.tw", we will help you check your transaction.
If you recharge via other platform (Ex. iTunes, MOL, UniPin, Upay...etc), please provide the related receipt, your server and your player ID screenshot to us directly.
